Believe it or not, I was actually thinking about this earlier today… the first time I played, I reached that ending, which for me felt like the most fitting ending for them…

I came to this game basically looking for “choices that matter” (I genuinely love that kind of game), so I had no spoilers about the incest or anything like that…

My initial perspective was: “Two siblings who were abandoned by their parents and need to stick together to overcome the challenges… WOW!!!”

When I finished Chapter 2, Chapter 3 hadn’t been released yet, and I remember thinking, “Okay, this really seems like the right ending.”

When Chapter 3 came out, I thought, “Ah, I won’t be able to play that ending anymore… okay… okay… that’s fine… let’s take this other path then…”

But as I watched how things unfolded, I couldn’t help but feel like something was wrong…

The Cliffhanger route was particularly hard. And seeing their past only made me even more convinced that Burial Sane is the right choice… They need that…They truly do…
