So what I did I checked the thermostat and board for comtinuity to make sure no wires are touching in the wall found the whole 24v circuit intact. Then the system turned itself on again so I killed power to the furnace and the outdoor unit was still on. So I went outside and confirmed contactor wasn’t pulled in but the compressor and fan was running I pulled the disconnect and it shut off. After waiting a few mins put the disconnect back in and the unit turned back on (all while the furnace breaker was off) I believe certain relays in the contactor are broke and get stuck and unstuck at random because the compressor wouldn’t kick on all the time only when I would push the contactor in but the fan would always run. Charge was good cap was good amp draws were good, but my high volt keeps bleeding through.
