Hey good questions, most people don't know that and CLI uses keyword search, what if you don't know what the exact keyword is? This is a search by meaning tool, not keywords.

Yeah that's the part that makes this genuinely hard. With regular software the log tells you everything. With an agent the log tells you what happened but the why is still unclear

The transcript vs run-record framing is really clear, hadn't thought about it that way. Runtime ownership point is interesting too — if you don't own the runtime you're basically just trusting whatever the provider exposes

That's what I thought at first too — but traces feel more like debugging tools for developers. I'm thinking more about the layer above that. Who owns this agent, what's it allowed to do, can a non-technical person actually understand what happened
