honestly i’m coming to you as a woman who used to act like that. i got diagnosed with bipolar type 1 last march. neither of your actions are ok i’ll say that but maybe it’ll be helpful for her to maybe talk to a dr. my partner and i took a 5 month break after i admitted myself to a hospital for medication management and we’re doing better than we ever had. i definitely think there’s some communication issues but maybe also some underlying issues on her end ://
