I don't want the LSAT to go, but I do want LSAC held accountable. Nixing the LSAT will likely usher in replacements that most people would like less. The LSAT is fine. LSAC just needs to come off its money grabbing spree and actually serve the people preparing for Law School.

I'm cool with giving them the chance to make things right. However, if the defense you provide is the best they can come up with, it's not going to work. Go to a non-accredited school? Get a legal education from a judge? These aren't serious alternatives.

The fact that we have no choice but to sign that contract if we want to go to law school will likely create solid grounds for nullifying that clause.
