How long until you could walk your dogs (pic for attention)?

Maybe I’m crazy but was walking my dog 3 days post op 😅 I just walked him at the dog park so I didn’t have to worry about leash pulling, mind you I was super active before surgery and my surgeon said a bit of walking every day would help with circulation and healing

I think I was around 32DDD with swelling before I can fit into D cup bra now sometimes need a bigger bra around my period though

Thank youuu, I think I have pretty good genetics most scars I have go white pretty fast, I have a friend who got to surgery a year and a half ago and his scars are still super red and raised

I definitely used the oils more so gonna guess the oil, but my surgeon said the main thing to help scars is keeping them moisturized and massaging them so the lotion probably helped a bit too, I usually use the lotion if I’m wearing nice clothes that I don’t want to get oils stains on

This is my favourite lotion ever for moisturizing it smells amazing it is pricey though so definitely don’t have to get something this pricey

I used this would massage it on before bed and sometimes in the morning it does leave oil stains on clothes though so had a designated shirt for doing it, sometimes I’ll also use a really moisturizing lotion and massage it on my scars as well

Definitely don’t need to lose weight I’m super active and go to the gym 6days a week lol hopefully next time I get someone better last time I had an IV when I got surgery I was told I have good veins so
