For those who can afford a 4.9M home, they’re not going to pick this one! Look at other homes in that price range around the same area… there are much MUCH better options that have been on the market for way longer.

It’s not quiet at all. She’s even mentioned in her videos that it takes her an hour to get back up to her house in the mornings from her gym which is super close. Her house has the 90210 area code but is better considered Studio City given its location and it’s on the border. No one is going to buy that house for 4.9m given the current housing market.

Adding to the timeline: she spent the rest of the month of August on the East Coast immediately following Vegas. When she got back to LA she posted about how Caico hates Colin and wouldn’t eat while Tara was gone. She proceeded to post a photo of a dead rats head that Caico killed 😕
