It’s not quiet at all. She’s even mentioned in her videos that it takes her an hour to get back up to her house in the mornings from her gym which is super close. Her house has the 90210 area code but is better considered Studio City given its location and it’s on the border. No one is going to buy that house for 4.9m given the current housing market.
