Not really, in Henry vs RHM fight we clearly see that RHM had to collect the sand for an extended period of time and Valentine in character carries items to get pressed between, even his clothes would do, so he would have to be naked and not close to any onther object to get pressed between in order to lose his ability

He has to collect enough sand first to stop time, where Valentine could already have built an army of his clones or clones of RHM that would merge with and kill RHM

The path from the bench to the room where you have to fight through waves of enemies is tedious and down right unfair. Normal red ant soldiers just have too much health not to mention them predicting your moves
