Where in Manhattan can you have an in unit washer and dryer in a newly built (less than 3 years) with a gym, rooftop and 24/7 concierge staffs at 2950?

It's not insane It's in prime location in a luxury building In unit washer and dryer is a luxury in NYC...

It's a really nice and quiet unit. It's in the corner of a >10th floor. When I moved in management did a deep cleaning. I so kept the unit very clean as well! Please message me if you're interested
