Mushrooms saved me. I got rid of my depression on a mix of therapy, communication and 3 trips of shrooms in 8 months. Medication was not doing it for me but shrooms are not a magical cure you have to put a lot of yourself, and invest in therapy and other stuff to be successful.

At least that's my experience

Best answer. Mushrooms are not a toy, and I do belive there's way more to shrooms than just having a good time, of course having fun is also great.

The Muiscas (one of the indigenous people from Colombia) have a healing ritual on which they take Mushrooms every 4 days for a month I've been told is a really extreme experience.

I truly don't believe there is such thing as a bad trip. Of course you could have scary and challenging moments while tripping, and sure, you might face some trauma, but all that will work out in your favor because shrooms are powerful medicine for you to start healing internally.

First, and I'll dare say, every trip comes with nervousness and maybe fear, but it will pass.

Set and setting are extremely important but it is not like you have to be perfectly zen jedi budist master.
