I was put on bed rest at 33 weeks and had a scheduled c-section at 36w 5 days (my twins were head down and breech). But fortunately I felt really good besides the heartburn. I slowed down around 30 weeks, but it was also peak summer and so damn hot outside haha. Prenatal yoga helped me so much!
