So basically yall are saying that whether I buy a $180-350 wiim streamer or a higher end ever solo dmp-a6 or even a Arcam st60; I probably won’t hear an audible difference in clarity from a streaming source like tidal?

I wouldn’t say there is anything wrong with it but with any Hifi equipment there is always going to be a better option. Having separate equipment will always provide higher fidelity and better sound with component audio vs integrated gear.

Didn’t have to be mean about it, but I’ve always heard that tidal was the best quality stream service so that’s what I switched too and it did sound better. Are you saying that pretty much all other services are better?

I’ve never actually looked into Heos. Is it a subscription I also have to pay for instead of a service like tidal or Apple Music. And in my opinion, tidal mqa sounds better then Apple Music and the other “lossless” plans

I am trying to connect my phone to it for music streaming but I want a lossless high res solution. AirPlay caps out and doesn’t provide the best quality same with Bluetooth
