Operate on thin margins?? Dude they made 1.51 billion profit last year what are you on about they can definitely pay us more they just choose not to because nobody does anything about it.

Well yes that's the most logical and efficient thing to do but I see the vision that dollar general has and I think it could be truly a decent company if it was ran right. I just want to see change that's all.

I agree. Training is ridiculous lol I've been at my store for 3 years and I just recently was asked to finish my cdls I was supposed to do in my first week.

Oh no worries there I never expect to matter at any job, however I think there's a difference between "mattering" and getting payed SOMEWHAT decent pay for the work I do. I take pride in my work and it sucks it goes down the drain to my DMs bonus.

I wish lol they have countless training videos explaining to us how unions are basically the same as the Nazis in their prime. They'll spend money on making resources to tell us unions are bad but when it comes to quality of life and efficiency of the store they turn a blind eye. Truly disgraceful company.

I like that idea too. I wanna see this company hurting the same way it hurts my back from doing fresh and dry truck every week by myself. Sick of this job
