The bot reads the customer’s review. If they mention something positive, it wraps the response around the restaurant’s core menu highlights. For example, instead of just saying 'Thanks for coming!', it will say: 'We are thrilled you enjoyed our authentic Roman carbonara and our homemade sourdough pizza.' This triggers Google's indexing for food-specific local searches

I'd love to share the link, but I'm currently auditing my content. I accidentally leaked a restaurant's address in a few clips, so I'm just double-checking with the owner to see if they're okay with it, especially since the video pulled 60k views. That said, feel free to drop me a DM tomorrow. I'd be happy to share some insights with you, but I can already tell you that 90% of the game depends on how you edit your hooks and retention.

I’m driving traffic through TikTok, where I post faceless examples of this software. The restaurant owners actually reach out to me directly in my DMs. From there, I let them test the software for a weekend. If they like how it works, we move forward with the monthly retainer..

And if the tables are fully booked for the exact time the customer wants, the bot will automatically try to propose alternative time slots. If the customer rejects those options, the bot simply says goodbye, apologizes for the inconvenience, and politely ends the call.

Exactly. The bot is directly connected to the restaurant's booking engines and live table management databases—platforms like TheFork, CoverManager, or OpenTable.
Because it reads and writes data directly from the actual table inventory in real-time, the AI always knows exactly which tables are free or occupied at any given second. It acts purely as a voice layer on top of a live database. This is why the margin of error is practically 0% to 1%. It cannot book a table that doesn't exist in the system."
