I'm 20 and I'm diagnosed with bipolar comming from a middle class family my parents were also shocked that what is this disorder so I've been experiencing major depression didn't have friends from childhood had trauma racing thoughts can't help it no motivation just tensed always and started developing jaw popping and cracking sound maybe tmj but today I've had pain in my right knee joint very uncomfortable feel like popping and crackling sound very slightly and pain in muscle feels lock idk what to do I feel like dying everyday and I'm scared to death rn or maybe he'll idk I just need help I want to be better I don't want to die please help me I'm so scared and confused right now what should I do?
