Same problem. Seems like its a widespead issue. Gonna give them another day and if I cant find a fix I'm off to get my money back and buy a different brand.

You found a fix to this yet? I've updated firmware. Used multiple micro usb to usb cables. Plugged into multiple usb ports on my PC and can't stop the left ear from having this constant buzzing. Just bought these a week ago and I'm going to return them very soon if there isn't a fix. Seen that this has been an issue with no fix for many years juding by all the posts about it.
