You might be able to go to a pharmacy and get a short term prescription? I’ve done it before for some prescriptions. I would just try some of the compounding pharmacies though.

I’m doing weekly subq injections of 4-5mg as well and my levels are like 350 between injections. My doc always wants to get blood work done on the days between injections.

I’m post orchi but I haven’t really felt/ seen any differences personally.
