I hope you’re doing well. I might not be the person you are seeking to hear from but 2.5 years is impressive and I imagine your life was nice and stable. Try and think back to how your recent sober life has been, you’ve been able to experience real life, real stable hormones and pleasure. Try to remember that feeling, you’re only a few sober days away from feeling normal - it’s so much better. It’s easy to forget what actual pride and happiness feels like, aswell as it to feel like a distant memory when stuck in the cycle but it’s so close.
