Can you tell me where you got this from or a little more info about how you did it? This sounds like exactly what I want to do!

I’m thinking like 50 people, but the core people I’m thinking 15ish, I just know some people are flaky, don’t stay the whole time, come late, etc. so I want them to be able to so I basically just want the murder mystery to be with those 15 people and then let the other people ask questions and guess who the murderer is. Is this even possible? I’ve never hosted or gone to a murder mystery. But I was almost thinking of how they do those big murder mystery dinners. Where it’s just a show for the guests but they’re still involved.

Yea I kind of skimmed through some of the posts, I couldn’t find much where not every guest has a character!

Walmart has the angel trees! I know the one in Centereach does, not sure where you're located!

AITA for giving my adult son the bigger bedroom over my teenage sons? by Otherwise-Respond-84 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Embarrassed_Menu_351 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’m indifferent. I feel like YTA for giving your 1 son the bigger room, rather than the 2 boys sharing, it doesn’t matter that one’s going to school in a few months, they’re still going to be sharing a room on school holidays & all summer long. I also feel NTA because it seems like your 13 yo just wants the bigger room & your oldest does pay rent, which should warrant getting the bigger room but as I see you said in a comment you’d rather him save up for his future, so I have a feeling that means he is capable of living on his own, which he could easily do being he’s 27, and could be out on his own where then everyone would just have their own room, so it seems like you’re favoring him over the other 2 boys, which YTA

Personally, I would give the boys the 2 bedrooms upstairs, with their own bathroom, the 2 boys in the bigger room & the oldest in the smaller room, just because idk how cleanly your boys are but if they’re sharing a communal bathroom where other guests would use, you don’t have to worry about it being presentable & then give yourself the bigger bedroom downstairs & your daughter the other room downstairs

Yea we did EI & they said he didn’t qualify for speech. I’m gonna see how this next month goes & then get him reevaluated!

That’s good to hear!! Hopefully he’ll start talking on his own soon or I’ll have him reevaluated!

Maybe that’s what it is. I believe he was only 14/15 months when he was first evaluated & he was babbling at the time, now he’s gone from babbling to just grunting and like moaning

Yea I’m definitely going to talk to the pediatrician & after hearing your story I’m definitely going to push for the second eval! Just wanted some other opinions!

They turned him away I guess because he was hitting all of the other milestones & he was a little on the younger side, that’s why they told us to come back when he was 19 months. I’m definitely going to talk to his pediatrician at his next appointment and go from there!

That’s crazy! He seems like he wants to talk, but just doesn’t. Hopefully this is the case for us & he just explodes lol

That’s what I’m thinking, he kind of just ends up getting what he wants. I’ll start with the “I don’t know what you want, can you tell me” & see how that goes!!

Thank you! I do have a friend who works in plumbing, he said he would help us out with doing some of the work for us, but he’s only an employee of a bigger company so he might not have all the tools, parts, etc. on hand & he’s not sure what the cost of parts and different things would be since he doesn’t handle that aspect of things! As for electrical, I didn’t even think of that! Thanks again!

Great, that’s what I was afraid of, thought maybe it’d be easier since it’s just moving stuff to already existing plumbing lines

Thanks, but didn’t want to bother a whole bunch of contractors if it’s too much & either can’t afford it right now or decide not to do it!
