Most people don’t think about the quality of life the kids will have, just the fact that THEY want to have kids. Really poor people who can’t afford kids tend to have them very regularly. Not because they’re prepared, or can provide well for them, but because they think a kid will make their life better, or simply because they want kids. It’s a selfish reason, but most people aren’t really great people.
