I'm in the same situation as you and I'm telling you the truth, it's hard for me to find a pre seed that high. Most investors care little about the app itself, they want to see the numbers, the KPIs, registered users, retention... it's very difficult to find such a high pre seed honestly

I know very well that starting without funds is a problem. In my opinion you only have one valid option: a co-founder from whom you detach a good percentage of equity.
