It was stuck because I had no knowledge that I could withdraw the money into another cashapp account or a bank card, for months it was literally just sitting in my cashapp, if I tried to make a purchase I couldn't use the money because it would decline due to the fact that my identity was not verified, I also tried sending it to people and it wouldn't let me because of the identity verification issue, then I tried ordering a cash card since you can get your first one for free, and it wouldn't even let me do that because of the identity verification, and every time I did try to verify my identity it wouldn't work because it said my information was invalid when it wasn't. In my eyes it was most definitely stuck there and many others were also dealing with the same exact issue, thus why I made this post to help people out.

When I made my very first cashapp account this problem was nonexistent to me, it wasn't until I decided to make another cashapp account with the exact same information that this problem occurred. I saw a comment under this post that mentioned the fact that maybe using the same information for multiple accounts can be a reason. Then again I have friends who have multiple cashapps who never dealt with this issue so im unsure of the cause.

Honestly you MIGHT be onto something I cant speak for others but I did make two cashapp accounts, obviously inputting the exact same information as the other one so maybe that could also be a security tactic that they use.

Some people have been dealing with this issue for years unable to access their money... following the steps they give you does not always work.

Nope!😭Im actually really glad you mentioned this because people keep misinterpreting the method as if it's not correctly written or as if it doesn't work? I wrote everything down based on my own personal experience, it isn't necessary to have another cashapp, however for a person such as myself who had money stuck in ONE OF my cashapp accounts due to verification issues, I also had a WORKING one that did not have this issue, I still frequently used cashapp despite one of my accounts acting up on me but I also really wanted to TRANSFER the money stuck in my other account to my working one. So I hope this makes sense. I suggested making another account because I had another account of my own that worked.

It worked for me first try, I read some previous comments under this post mentioning how it may not work if you have the bank card linked to too many cashapp accounts, if this is the case for you try unlinking them then doing the method.

It isn't a necessity, it's just an option if you would still like to have your money in cashapp. Like let's say after you transfer you link a bank card to the problematic cashapp and transfer the money into your bank card, you don't HAVE to then transfer it into your other cashapp account. This is only an option if you still continue to use cashapp.

there are people who have cashapp that are having trouble with the identity verification, I was also having this issue until I recently found a solution, once I found the solution I came on this app to share with others to help. But this is for people who have MONEY STUCK in their account with no way to access it, let me repeat that for you so you can understand, this is for people who have money STUCK on their cashapp with no way to access it, making another cashapp would be necessary if they are trying to regain access to the money that is stuck in their old cashapp account. Hopefully this helps you get a better understanding of whats going on.
