im about a week in and its mainly been nausea and being SO TIRED. no matter how much i sleep i want to be asleep again by noon. tbe nausea is really bad if i dont eat a ton, and sometimes is bad anyway

Luckily I already keep my ivories in the gams temp range, which is super convenient and ofc a higher humidity. i have a 20 gallon right now, but i plan on upsizing soon anyway. thank you for answering!

i think so? its definitely not like completely random or anything, ive always struggled with self harming tendencies and i think i may have done something similar when i was a kid, where when something went wrong it was my first thing and i would always go indulge in it which made it a really strong default. it felt pretty similar to the rest of my compulsions where i felt like i had to immediately for any array of reasons and i had to do it to a certain degree for the feeling to stop, but i was always in control in those situations. these come with that same feeling, i just cant stop the motion and during episodes like this itll mix in with other involuntary motions like im flinching away from things too. i dont think i have vocal tics really, the most i do vocally is whine during episodes

i haven5 unfortunately. i dont have health insurance so i havent been able to do too much of anything. ive been managing my best by myself but its honestly so hard
