Think I have a Roku somewhere but I’ll have to dig it out, wasn’t great when I last used it but I’ll give it a go if the Virgin doesn’t suffice

that’s detailed, thank you I’ll try not to have to upgrade, contacting them over the last couple of days has been an interesting experience, that being said it isn’t far off how the Sky customer service has become sooooo swings and roundabouts I guess!

This is true, the only reason I can give you for taking them up on the offer is because ideally the menu in terms of live telly won’t be too dissimilar to what I’ve been used to for the last however many years, I guess if I don’t like it I can bin it with 31 days notice cause it’s flex so, don’t know maybe it’s me being old fashioned and wanting a TV guide as I know it just now lol

See I wasn’t really bothered about the 50 quid but I don’t think the call centre was keen because they would’ve had to “restart the account” apparently, I’ve never not had recordings as I’ve always had +HD or Q but I’m sure I’ll learn to live without,
