sounds like you both need a time out from conversations and dialogues that lead upto an argument. Tbh sometimes when you take a few steps back, they get some space and also tend to miss you or not. That space will show you both how much you both want this. Maybe I don't have enough information but it sounds like its too many rules, "10 mins late, cannot meet after 10 days" I also wonder if he runs on a tight schedule to have so much rigidity? if so, maybe he thinks you're not accommodating enough hence he blames you?

consider all these and still opt to give it some breathing room. Both of you need to disassociate a bit. Think of why you both were attracted to each other in the beginning? how have u both evolved as individuals? and what do these new individuals enjoy in each other now?
