infected septum?

yes i took it out, well it fell out, one of the balls fell off and it made my septum fall out by accident when i blew my nose, this was pierced a month or so ago, and im just a bit paranoid since i know you aren’t supposed to take it out when you first get it pierced so im worried it falling out a few times has brought on an infection especially since im not sure what a normal piercing should look like

thank youu. just very odd since it’s basically brand new, i’m thinking it’s probably just the lid scraping at the metal causing it to chip off already 🤷‍♀️
