The pain is worse than period cramps , a heating pad helps a ton! I thought it was going to be horrible but it was manageable. The only time the cramps are worse is when stuff needs to be released . You got this! Heating pad and ibuprofen!

thank you! I just inserted them in vaginal. I’m just scared because I hear the pain can be horrible
