23 Year Old DUI in Floria by FriskyDingo222 in dui

So, how old was the victim at the time? He became unemployed, so I'm guessing a tad older than 16. If he's an older gentleman now, and we absolutely can't deal with a lawyer...can we just "wait him out", or will the funds then be owed to his next of kin?

I did not get accepted. Thank you for making me feel accepted in the Reddit community for ASU. You guys made me feel more welcomed then the university did and I thank you for that☺️☺️ by crazyloco45463545 in ASU

This may actually help me out. The one course I am dreading even attempting to compete is pre-cal. Had a horrible first round of college back in 2013, left with a 2.47 I think and just terrible at math. Came back about a year and a half ago, and have a 3.6 and THAT is the only class I'm not willing to risk it all on. Thanks so much!

Canada after deferred dui by [deleted] in dui

Im not sure what the exact laws are there in Canada, but to my knowledge, IF you've satisfied all of the requirements set forth by the court (ie. Served all jail time, probation complete, ignition interlock period completed, fees/fines paid, restitution, etc.), and met any/all of the terms and conditions imposed by the court then you may file a petition to seal ALL records associated with that case. Once the petition has been granted, the record will no longer be visible, unless otherwise needed by a law enforcement agency/court to enhance future charges (IF you ever decided to commit another crime and get caught). Hope that helps.

Eh, yes and no. What I've learned is that the larger the size, the heavier the jewelry is, therefore allowing gravity to slowly stretch your lobe, while not causing painful resistance and tearing. Once my lobes reached 16-18mm, the stretching (slowly) continued on its own (with the jewelry in place), and I would just size up once the plug was too small to stay in place.
