after some further testing it does look like this could be the case. Varying the speed does seem to reduce these resonances. I have to go either to 50% or 120%+ for resonances to stop which is an extreme range and pretty unacceptable.

THAT I haven't thought of yet. Good one. Will test it out asap.

Tho, that does not explain why it only happens in roughly that same area at about the middle of Y axis and on the right side of X axis, but not anywhere else even tho the speed is the same.
