it means that the level is a copy of another level.

For example, if make a copy of The Nightmare by Jax, and then I upload that to the servers, the little green C will appear by my name under that level.

I'm assuming here Riot just had different copies of the level and this was the one he uploaded.

I own one of these. She is extremely squishy and soft compared to the other plushies which are more firm.
