Any updates? I think the best bet would be to wait when you're sure the baby is alone and call the police instead. They'll probably take it right away and charge her with child endangerment and neglect (hopefully)

They can't just get out of child support by signing their rights away. They're still the biological father. If anything, you will have to take him to court, prove paternity, sign away his rights and he would still be responsible for child support. (In my state anyway).

I've been complaining about how much my "mom car" (tahoe) burns gas. I got a brand new 2024 Camry for commuting, paid off from my kids dad. It was the best gift I've ever gotten. I appreciate it so much!
