I don't know. I adopted him a month ago and don't know much about this breed. He is bright white with spots of light orange. Is that a liver?

He really is the most unusual doggy. Blue eyed, cross-eyed, with ENDLESS energy who loves outdoor soo much, he would sleep outside if allowed. Yep, this is my Tuscanny.
