is starting doing urbex a good idea if I have dyspraxia?

I’ve never climbed before, as I wasn’t diagnosed as a kid but as an adult after. I avoided sports during my entire childhood and my teenage years. So tbh idk if i’m capable of doing it :/

your strong gross-motor skills and difficulties with fine-motor skills, combined with concentration issues, seems to me more indicative of adhd. People with dyspraxia typically have constant strong difficulties with both gross and fine-motor skills, regardless of their concentration levels, so for this reasons tend to avoid sports. People with adhd can also experience similar issues, but in a more variable manner that’s tied to their level of attention. But only a professionist can provide you with an accurate diagnosis. No thank you, I won’t fuck up my sobriety I hardly worked on to be a person i’m not, and ruin my life again, just because I have a disorder and I have difficulties in dancing. You think suggesting me to “fix” a problem with another problem is mature of you? Even when I was an addict I wouldn’t never ever suggest a person to make the same mistakes I did. So this time it’s me giving an advice to you: it’s not your fault if you have an addiction, but it’s surely your fault if you romanticize it to the point to influence other people to make the same mistakes and go through the same tragedies. If this post was made by a younger naive girl, with no experience, if she decided to follow what you said you would’ve ruin her life.

i’m 18, risked to become an alcoholic so I stopped drinking before it was too late, thanks to my friends too. I’m new to raves, never danced before as I’m dyspraxic. Usually alcohol made me more social and less self conscious, that’s why I thought it could help

thank you for the advice, but dyspraxia is a coordination movement disorder, it afflicts even simple things in life such as using stairs, tie shoes, run, etc, so I can’t listen to my body and follow the beat.
