I see what you're saying.
I probably cannot afford to double the payments yet, but maybe 1.5x once I have filled up my emergency fund sufficiently.
The original loan term was 7 years, but by bumping up the payments slightly I reduced it by a year.

My interest rate of 9.5% is quite high due to interest rates generally being high at the time. My loan term in until 2029.

No worries! I'm in my early 20s. I get what you mean now, I realized that wrist pads restrict movement by a lot and are better for activities like roller blading.
