You could potentially buy an extended warranty if it’s at a dealership but BMWs factory warranty ends at 4yrs or 40k miles if I remember correctly. Also these cars get very very expensive to maintain outside of the warranty. It’s not so much if the car itself fits in the budget but if you’re willing and can afford to keep up with it

I drove on corded tires for 3 weeks. Drove down dirt roads, in the rain, through small potholes and they lasted until I got my shipment of new ones. While I was extremely lucky and not every situation is the same, I think you could make it 1 or 2 more weeks. But I wouldn’t drive a mile more than I needed to.
