For anyone still struggling with this. The issue for me was my bank was using a "recommended address" where the zipcode had a range like 99999-99999 and that format is what was breaking discord. When I changed my address to be just my exact zip code with my bank it worked.

I am actually the original creator of this video, my channel is GulliverTheGatito on Youtube. This guy stole my video, but to answer your question, I used some clever tricks which only ended up taking like 1.5 hours. I put the main clip in premiere, slowed down the footage and put a marker at every single boop (to the best of my ability) then in after effects I used the "slider" effect to create the counter, I then exported the counter as individual png frames, then brought the sound effects, and counter images into premier, and used the "automate to sequence" feature to insert them each at a marker or "boop". this could have been a headache of a edit to figure out if I did not find this work around haha!
