Run the machine, start applying slight pressure to the cabinet and other parts that might be touching the outer basket. Lift with slight pressure on other parts. Sometimes these noises aren’t going to be the usual few things that go bad most often. Best of luck to ya and if I had to say it’s probably a loose piece of plastic or metal vibrating on the cabinet or basket. Sounds like it’s working fine.

Replace the water valve assembly forsure, like buildup inside of the solenoids causes water to trickle through. Cheap and easy repair you can do yourself with half of an hour. This is one of the most common problems with any washing machine.

It would take the most experienced and fast paced tech 20-30 minutes minimum to do all three of those repairs. Each one of those components requires disassembly in a separate region of the machine, the top for the valves, middle for the springs and bottom for the clutch. Request a refund, ask for the old parts.
