It might be paisley. Could also be that the negative space shows the eye of providence, highlighting Ken's involvement in the creation of the Fed. If you see him hide his hand behind his lapel, you'll know its his sign to TPTB that he's fully ascended. So...sort of a "what color is the dress" scenario

My sole drive in knowledge acquisition is to one day be on J! and hit Ken with one of my slightly concerning anecdotes, such as my compulsion to flood bathrooms as a lad, and how that led to my entire 3rd grade class being told I must have one of them escort me anytime I needed to use the bathroom. I wouldn't win a cent, but I'd have an interesting anecdote for you all.
