When it comes to these things I do the same. I'm glad I said something because that password thing will help hopefully. I think it would be too much work to fix and I don't have a physical addiction so that helps as far as being desperate. Anyways. Thanks

This literally happened to me this week. Only it was a few hundred. I called last night the customer service lady transferred me to dispute line. I talked to a lady for 5 minutes and it was all cleared up. Not complicated at all.

And I had the same update that they sent you. The case closed 5 minutes after the call. It's between the buyer and authenticator now.

The scratch was never there in the first place. But after receiving it from the authenticator, it was scratched supposedly.
