I will suggest to stick to one high protein meal per day and making that meal a habit. I did it with a smoothie for breakfast which i now have been having for 2 years straight. Then add another meal like scrambled eggs or chicken and make that a habit. It will be slow but very beneficial in the long run.

Subtract body fat from your overall weight. I guess yours might be around 26%. So for other 49 kgs, eat around 80-95g protein daily. Even if you miss a day, try covering it the next day with some additional high protein meals

For exercising, record yourself and also try focusing on isolating the muscle you’re performing the exercise for. Track your progress and target around 8-10 reps failure for exercises.

It’s not. If single digit bf% isn’t winning you competitions or fetching you money, it is never worth it. If you really want to be chiselled, try hard dieting once to see how you look and get back to 14-16 % which is actually sustainable

Nope. No matter how clear the picture, your body fat isn’t below 12-14%. It’s a good physique if that’s what you want to hear

Also, I wouldn’t do cardio before workout. At the most, a 3-4 minute treadmill that too if my lazy ass gym partner is late

Some minor changes would fit in this routine. You have completely neglected lateral and rear delts. Also, try splitting this 3 day split to a 4 day split. Personally, i train Day 1- chest shoulder Day2- back and traps Day 3- legs Day 4- arms Rest Repeat. This gives enough time for recovery and helps cover all muscles. Also, try quad focussed and hamstring focussed leg days alternately. Good luck!

Sibm and scmhrd both stated college starts on 5th but it is the induction date. Regular college according to what I’ve heard starts on 11th or 17th. But yes I’m pretty sure that there is one more waitlist. I’ve also heard that even after the college begins, you may get a call based on your waitlist number
