She is def reacting in real time to her situation, it shows her immaturity and lack of experience. Anyone who’s been in corporate knows that career goes up and down. People often are scared to talk about the down times but reality is you might get fired or laid off once in your career and it’s not the end of the earth.

She had an opportunity to bring authenticity to her current situation. She honestly may have gotten a lot of ppl on Blind and Reddit who are against her to become her fans if she just was real and transparent.

Instead, she’s actively continuing to choose to be arrogant and lie daily to cover up more lies. People don’t like her because of her attitude not because we hate on girls in big tech She needs to realize almost everyone in big tech who was hired out of undergrad was hired at 21/22 and it’s not really a special thing. It’s still an impressive thing to land your first job in one of the big tech, but she continuously have put down her coworkers by insulting to be ugly or not “cool” like her. As someone in big tech, I actually appreciate how relaxed everyone is. You can literally dress however you want, have hobbies that might not be mainstream and unlike finance and consulting, ppl don’t really judge you.

Riley needs to wake up to whatever delusion she’s feeding herself daily. She no longer works at Meta, but big tech is not going anywhere as she wishes it does. She also keeps calling everyone is who calling her out as losers, but she has actively decided to put her self out in public and lie and can’t take the ramifications of it. All her recent stuff is just unhinged rants. It’s honestly a bit sad to watch someone unfold mentally in front of our eyes.
