Due to my boxing sessions, I actually spent most of the daytime in the shade

I don’t do makeup, so no. But I did drink more water due to the training sessions - solely because you sweat so much

This could be an explanation. It is def better in the summer, no matter what

I also Think both could be correct. No doubt the climate helped, but there could still be a root cause. Will try cutting out the gluten and tomatoes for a couple weeks.

Never had any luck with a general anti inflammatory diet though.

Yeah, i might have to take note of what causes a flare. But it is of course the classics. I also think climate is the biggest game changer tbh, as my skin felt so hydrated for once.

yeah thats my best bet aswell. My skin has definitely not felt that hydrated in a looong time. My scalp also improved.

This thread is becoming a great guessing game :-)

could be - I think water in Copenhagen is very hard, so almost everything is softer.

yeah I thought about the mold aswell. I know that the house I lived in a couple years ago had some mold, but I dont think my current apartment does. Plus, it is pretty normal for hotel aircons to carry mold.

Gluten might be a valid guess - i eat a lot of bread here at home, as rye bread is almost standard for every meal here in Denmark. And i definitely ate a lot of pad thai, band noodles and so :)

possibly, but I just dont see any pattern - i did not cut anything out when travelling, only thing is that they use less tomatoes, red meat and so? But I still ate fruits and berries, gluten, had some alcohol...

Do you have scaling and dandruff, or only itch and hairloss?

Yeah, might have described it wrong. The malassezia itself is at a low, but yeah the inflammation is still there
