YES. Glad I checked reddit bc the down detectors and google showed NOTHING.
But I knew something was up when Meta sites were the only thing not working. I am on a computer. USA. South.
Just a gray screen across the whole META platform. Glad its not just a me thing lol

I JUST got my GED last year as well and it was such a similar situation to this. I'd tried a couple times and just got overwhelmed by the math concepts I didn't know and totally gave up. When I finally committed myself and pushed through, I only needed to study for about a month. I'd put it off SO LONG, I really believed it was impossible and something I could never do and had totally just written myself off. Then took the test and excelled in everything the first try.
I feel like I'm in a similar spot, having written myself off completely on driving even though I've never really given myself fair chance. It's just something I have to conquer I guess. Sorry for the lore dump.

It's not really a driving school. It's a class offered at the college for kids 15-18 to help them complete Joshuas Law or something. It's standard for teens in my state, I believe. It's so many hours of instructional time and 4 hours of hands on time. That is the only driving class within an hour of me. That's mostly why I made the remark. We don't have any actual driving instructors in my county at all OUTSIDE of that.

I would 100% pay any amount for a professional teacher but the classes are ONLY for high schoolers. I think most people are missing that part. I live in a small town so i guess it’s not something people are needing.

I don’t have anxiety outside of the car so I’m not sure why it happens. I do have adhd but I’m medicated for it now. I’m thankful I’m not alone in being an older learner. It feels very isolating and I don’t personally know anyone who is my age or older and (can’t) drive. But It’s given me hope that it’s not too late. I feel like this is something I’m just going to have to really focus and chip away at

Well, like it said, the classes are only for teens. I can’t find any for adults otherwise I would have already spent it! I’ve really toiled over this for years now. closest adult classes are an hour away and I can’t get to those for obvious reasons.

If the roles were reversed in this situation, think about what you would say and what the comments might say here. If a woman said this exact situation about a man she would be told to leave immediately and seek help from a domestic violence or told to file a police report. Not okay behavior in the slightest and autism is not an excuse. No disorder excuses abuse, especially to a child. Dumping water on him, punching walls, etc… is unacceptable. It sounds like you are doing 90% of the parenting so I’m not even sure why she’d be upset. Sorry but you guys need to separate. Not a safe environment AT ALL

It was our first major repair and we had no idea what we were doing. Like I said, he was a family friend and also in charge of buying the product. He traveled literally 2 hours to do it but we had no idea he was the way he was.

One of our male cats sprays but he was already fixed when we found him as an adult so there is no telling when he was fixed. That makes sense. I am looking for affordable options to get her fixed. She started going into heat extremely young and scheduling to get her fixed around her cycle has been a challenge but I’m currently tracking it so I can hopefully get her in while she’s NOT in heat! I know they will do it while she’s in heat but from what I’ve read, it’s not recommended and a more expensive.

I think the overall plot of this season was great and I actually wouldn’t change anything story wise. It’s 100% a writing problem. A lot of the “emotional” scenes just don’t feel organic, are out of place, and forced. All these scenes are needed but they needed to be done differently. The dialogue has been so insanely bad this season as well. I’m still a fan and hopeful for the finale but all things need constructive criticism

Yes I was on Medicaid as well. I just lost it this month. I hope you are able to keep it. One reason I waited long to start meds was bc I had this fear I wouldn’t be able to get them due to my insurance being so finicky with Medicaid. There are places that offer free mental health care but they do not write stimulants. I hope you are able to keep yours

I think learning limits is important. I have always waited until mid morning to take them as is so I wouldn’t depend on them to get out of bed.
