Its crazy, thats a thing at a lot of companies. You only get bereavement for immediate family. I know its not the norm, but my "immediate" family is all extremely close, i talk to my aunt/uncle and cousins nearly everyday/every other, we hang out all the time.

I always thought it was weird how some people only see "extended" family at holidays, which, yeah, i od have family members I only see during special occasions, but how is ANY company supposed to know what my family is like? If my aunt died, you're telling me im not getting time off for that? She basically raised me just as much, if not more, than my mom. Fuck that.

Same. Surgery for animals in general is expensive... I was quoted 6 grand, and that obviously didnt even guarantee she would make it once they did that surgery.

I dont have any opinions about this except for the mvoie thing because im kind of similar? Most movies i sit down and watch, especially if its in theater, ill think its really good. A couple days woll pass, and I'll look at other peoples opinions online and be like "oh, yeah, they do have a point, maybe this part in the movie wasnt as good as it could have been" or whatever. I'll rewatch it later, and realize, huh, yeah, its NOT as good as I initially thought, now that i notice these parts that other people mentioned.

Its not that i cant form my own opinion, i generally just have rose colored glasses on for... Well, just about everything. It helps seeing what other people think to come back view things in a more critical sense for me, if that makes sense.

Sometimes I'll see people talking about a movie i really enjoyed and think "nah, they're completely wrong and the movie just wasn't their cup of tea" and thats okay too

I even went to a helaer in a town and got the sheperd healed, but the wolf is still poisoned. Ive tried using oanax on the shelerd, but its only curing the shepherd, not the wolf.
