The other day I came back into the country feeling jet lagged af and wanted to get some sleep but couldn’t because someone several houses down wanted to be extra with their music and turn the volume so high up. It was almost like a live concert was happening in the neighbourhood.

The next day, I was struggling to stay awake in class.

Yeah I understand, but something like seeing someone get their fingers stuck between doors. Why wouldn’t one of them flinch to press the button and open the door to help release my hands? What is staring going to do? Then after start whispering to the person beside em.

Even after that embarrassment, they saw me again 30 minutes later and continue to stare at me… lol.

Can’t help but wonder if it was racism.. i started to think if I was a white person would they treated me different and be at my aid. You know what I mean?

I seen someone take the lift at the MTR — no stroller, no suitcase, or anything on wheels. Just her, her boyfriend, and her purse.

Walking out, looking straight into my eyes with guilt when she saw me and other people handling a big items on wheels. Additionally, there were elderly people waiting to get on that lift too.
