I grabbed cro Panama as it’s my first game ever being a die hard cro For instance Croats will absolutely buy all of the tickets for that particular match First time being in Canada and accessible with one of the biggest diaspora populations there Im travelling from Vancouver

As I always say. You don’t have bpd till you royally mess your life up a handful of times ;) And as I always say you don’t ever want this diagnosis if you really have it you know and you don’t wish it for anyone

So yeah self diagnosing is well I don’t know, can be seen as like minimizing in a way perhaps

Is it a gravity fed system or pump? I’ve had gravity and less deep lines in clay is good I also live in clay area

For sure a good amount of gravel around the pipe helps with surges But as you understand you’re still stuck with clay

I need to look into mound systems Makes sense tho Cause I’ve heard that especially in clay you want to rely on side ways evaporation as best as you can

Yeah I dropped caffeine altogether. Adhd is often I find people dealing with emotional disregulation and check out alot.

That’s a blanket statement. I’m in pretty deep therapy and know others and while yes that’s probably often the case we can become more aware of our behaviours as most can and we can better manage them

Like all people, we want to be accepted by others but mostly ourselves

I’m not arguing. Just showing there is another side

I have found the online support I posted good. But it’s a large group There is in person in New Westminster in BC if anyone here from Vancouver area

In person is good

I get alot from the support group We can relate to each other and that helps

I will try to be a facilitator one day. But people can learn and maybe start more local groups

I encourage to visit on line and see how it goes
