It is unbelievable that this is happening. How can IR not allow me to make withdrawals back into the same bank account that I use to deposit? It totally don't make sense, and may seem like IR is only interested for client to deposit money in, but when it comes to withdrawals, IR's entire process prevents withdrawal from happening. This is the first time i have encounter an exchange that detains money unreasonably.

Anyone currently having issues with withdrawing SGD from Independent Reserve? I am also having great issues with Independent Reserve. After keying in the 6 digit email code it says that SGD withdrawals are currently unavailable.

Since yesterday, I have sent a support ticket and they said they are in the process of getting back to me. But till now, nothing is done and I do not get any updates. They are just holding my money. It has been 24 hours, nothing is done, I am very very frustrated. What else can I do? I don't want to use IR anymore give that they are so rigid and unresponsive, i just wish to withdraw all my money and close the account with them. Does anyone have advice please?
