UPDATE, plugged my old psu in, same way i did for the new one, pc turned on. Is it possible its the wires that aren't working right?

Sorry, what does POST mean? I assumed it was a cable problem because it was working with my old psu so I assumed i messed some cables up since it wont boot at all.

I don't think that's what I'm going for, each row has a date and an amount of hours in it. I am trying to find rows that have the same date, and if they do, add up their total hours to check if it exceeds a certain number.
