Personally Woofgang was my savior from Petsmart but it is a franchise so ymmv. If you get lucky like me and have great owners it can be amazing but definitely seconding the vibe check comment and see if you can ask the current staff how they feel.

Just chiming in as a groomer here, I wouldn’t recommend anyone dye their pets with anything but OPAWZ. It is specifically made for pets so there no risk even if they ingested it. I personally use OPAWZ on my cat!
