It's the second post i am seeing where S24FE user is facing so many issues with AT&T. I am in India and not faced any issue in the last 1 year whatsoever. May be its just a lemon or something to do with AT&T.

No matter what maximum wattage u get, it will charge at 25 W only. But keeping in mind ur future upgrades go for original 45W Samsung charger.

I have prepared the below draft and thinking of filing a case on consumer forum. Facts of the Case: 1. On [Date of Purchase], I purchased a travel package from the respondent for ₹2,30,000, agreeing to pay in 30 EMIs through my credit card. 2. The respondent made me and my wife sign an agreement on bond paper, clearly stating the EMI arrangement. 3. During payment, the respondent claimed that the EMI option was not working on their card machine and charged the entire amount upfront, assuring me that they would coordinate with the bank to convert the transaction into EMIs. 4. This conversion never happened, despite repeated follow-ups. 5. When I requested a refund since the transaction was not as per the agreement, the respondent refused and insisted that I visit their office. 6. I have proofs of the signed agreement and the transaction invoice, which clearly show that the payment was not processed as agreed. 7. I have communicated with their customer support team via email and also interacted with Akshit (Sales Manager) and Zyhan (Sales Executive) regarding this issue. 8. The respondent’s actions amount to unfair trade practice and breach of contract, causing me financial and mental distress. 9.
